Custom Wheel Solutions 3 piece wheel manufacturing is based in Orange, CA. CWS has a very long history 40+ years combined of wheel manufacturing experience both in the after market and OEM's (original equipment manufacturers, FORD, GM CHRYSLER, Toyota, etc).
CWS has built its business by providing solutions to customers who have had failures with all the other fly by night wheel companies who promise what they cannot deliver. Those companies are still supplying less than acceptable 3 piece wheels to anybody who will buy on price alone. CWS was approached to help solve our customers inconsistent supply and manufacturing problems. With the right customers CWS decided to invest in supplier development and our own equipment. Every component on our wheels are engineered to handle the required loads and specific industry leading tolerances as designed. We do not purchase off the shelf items that are inferior just because they are available and low cost. We have spent more than 3 years engineering our purchased components to ensure they will not fail under the loads and environment as designed. When the sub-components were approved by engineering we had invested heavily on the most advanced machining equipment to ensure the final products exceed all our engieering specifications to ensure the highest quality product.
Our customers demand the highest quality in manufacturing and finishes. We successfuly support our customers with the latest in manufacturing equipment and materials, 6061 T6 hardness for all the inners, outers and centers. Our bolts are pre-stressed bolts and designed to handle the loads that each vehicle delivers to each wheel during the most severe driving conditions. CWS does not manufacture a wheel without the proper Finite Element Analysis, and SAE/DOT testing.
