It's not hard to find a wheel supplier in today's competitive wheel business. However, if you're looking for a wheel supplier that combines knowledge, expertise, honesty and integrity, that's harder to find. I am pleased to have found Custom Wheel Solutions. My wife and I bought a used Roadtrek motorhome that was equipped with chrome wheels. We did not inspect the wheels as closely as we should have when we picked it up and upon arrival home found there was an appearance problem with the wheels, we were stuck. We were able to get in touch with Dan from Custom Wheel Solutions, sent him an e-mail simply asking for recommendations as how we might salvage the wheels, not asking for anything, just some ideas. What a surprise, Dan was so concerned about us being stuck with wheels that took away from the appearance of our unit. I appears the previous owner did not care for the wheels properly and probably had them cleaned with a caustic substance that damaged them. Dan asked us to give him some time to see what he could do to resolve our issue. Boy oh Boy, what a resolution we received, what service! We now have shiny new wheels on our Roadtrek and it looks great,we believe it even drives better, heck a vehicle that looks good always seems to drive good and ours really looks great. We can't thank Dan and Custom Wheel Solutions for their help enough, far more than we ever expected. We would recommend Custom Wheel Solutions to anyone, their product is great, the service is superb and their attitude toward the customer is excellent, you just could not ask for anything better.
