Custom Wheel Solutions has invested heavily into our manufacturing of wheels in North America. Since our suppliers were not able to handle our demands for industry first tolerances we realized we must do the work ourselves. In trying to teach other companies to do a better job we simply ran into road blocks because they did not want to achieve better results. Have you ever had someone tell you that they sell this type of specification to others? Well I have and I do not like to buy what others are willing to take because they do not know any better and they are being told that this is the standard. We set the standard and the others try to undercut our products by short cutting the process in hopes of selling for less money and winning the program.
We have multi-axis mills and lathes in Orange, California to support our growing 3 piece market and our 1 piece cast and 1 piece forged wheels. Custom Wheel Solutions purchases raw components or raw wheels and machines them in our own facility to our engineered specifications that are typical to the OEM (original equipment manufacturers) not after market. We take pride in supplying the highest quality engineered products to our customers who understand quality over price.
